The album cover was made by Andrea Pazienza at the home of Ornella Vanoni, then the partner of producer Michelangelo Romano. The singer later described the artist as «a gorgeous boy, an immense talent, damned like few others».

Romano recalled that, for Hollywood Hollywood, Andrea also prepared a series of cartoons to advertise the record. Among them, «a rather grotesque female face, grimacing, with gigantic teeth and a polka-dot scarf. Andrea showed it to me as if he'd played a joke on me, and I, not getting it, told him “Yes, yes, cute, funny”.
A few decades later, looking at it again, I realized it was Ornella».
